Guest House Management

As part of this service our professional staff are responsible for the housekeeping, pantry service and landscaping / gardening. We ensure daily cleaning of guest rooms, washrooms, kitchen/ pantry, common areas and outdoor spaces. Scheduled deep cleaning is undertaken to ensure all the nooks and corners are dust free. Floors scrubbed on a regular basis. Windows and high level cleaning is also undertaken. As and when required floor polishing is also done. Our gardeners tend to the green spaces to ensure they are well maintained.

Our guest house maintenance service allows the Management team to focus on customer service, while we provide professional support services.

Landscaping

We assist our clients in all aspects of property management. Covered within that also includes taking care of the plants / green spaces within an office and landscaping for commercial properties. The maintenance of your property will create an impression for all visitors. Hence our team of landscaping experts make a proper maintenance plan covering what is required to be done pre-season, in-season and end of season for beautification of your green spaces.

Pantry Service

GroupL Services offers trained pantry boys to improve the comforts of our client’s working environment. They are responsible for handling pantry service for tea / coffee / drinks, meal service and maintaining a pantry that’s clean, sanitised and well stocked. From site to site, they are skilled to use all the machinery and equipment provided in the pantry. Training on service norms and standards is also provided.
